Instructions for authors
Papers submitted must be in English or French.
Authors are invited to subamit complete, unpublished, original, and full-length articles that are not under review in any other journals. Articles are subject to plagiarism check before being peer reviewed. Any article with a plagiarism rate exceeding 10% is automatically rejected.
Papers must be submitted in Microsoft Word, Open Iffice, RTF ou WordPerfect;
The font of the text is Times New Roman and at 12 point size;
There is no limit to the number of words in the submitted manuscript. The journal publishes both the short articles (letters) and the original articles.
The authors should submit one file:
- Title Page (first page) includes :
- The title of the manuscript : Should be concise and informative. The authors must avoid abbreviaitions ;
- Authors names, positions and affiliations :
- Names : the authors should indicate their first names then their last names ;
- Positions : the authors should indicate their positions (professor, PhD student, researcher…) ;
- Affiliations : the authors should indicate the informations regarding their department (Faculty, school, research institution), their university of affiliation and their geographical location (city and country) ;
- E-mail: the authors should provide their e-mail adresses.
- The rest of the manuscript (from page 2) should contain the following informations:
- The title of the manuscript ;
- The abstract : should not exceed 300 words. The abstract present the purpose of the research, results and conclusions. If the paper is in french, the authors should provide an abstract in english.
- Keywords : the authors should provide a maximum of 10 keywords ;
- Titles and sub-titles should be in bold;
- In the text and in any footnotes, references should be cited by author and year - e.g. (Schneider et al., 2006); (Persson and Tabellini, 2000). They should be listed in alphabetical order in the reference list.
- Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively,
- Acknowledgements should be as brief as possible.
- Annexes should be placed towards the end of the text;
- The reference list should only include works that are cited in the text and that have been published or accepted for publication.

A submission does not automatically imply the publication of the article.
Authors of unpublished articles may not receive proof.
